Bedminster Community,

I am very excited to be a new BTS Bulldog and join the leadership team as the Supervisor of Student Services for the 2024-2025 school year. I am eager to share my passion for inclusion and diversity and continue my commitment to safety, health, and achievement for all students, staff and this community that has welcomed me. With more than a decade of experience teaching and working with students in special education, I approach this role with a unique perspective. I am dedicated to developing and maintaining high expectations for our school, building a strong foundation towards our students’ future successes.

Working as a collaborative student services team, our school counselors, nurses, child study team members, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and specialists, aim to reinforce our school vision, goals, and mission. This year, we are continuing our targeted instructional interventions and whole group strategies to support students in PreK-2nd grade to solidify foundational skills and increasing our attention on growing student math skills and embracing writing across content areas for all of our students. Our team is already working hard to make progress on these goals while also building and maintaining a positive environment and culture of well-being and responsibility with social-emotional lessons, programs, and initiatives.

Our achievements are only reachable with the support of everyone coming together for a shared purpose. This year, the student services team hopes to build relationships with families and foster a productive and engaging environment for students to become lifelong learners and responsible adults as they venture forward. Together, we can support our students’ needs, celebrate growth and successes, and empower them to reach their full potential.
